Perpetual Thanks

This is where we might spill our guts a little, and also where we hope to hear from YOU! Sometimes we need a place to express how thankful we are for a big milestone passed, an unexpected hug, a discipline issue resolved, or the simple gifts that we take for granted daily.

What is the opposite of a noisy house? What would we do if we didn't have 5 piles of laundry to fold? Can we learn to appreciate the perpetual gifts in our mommy lives and record them here?

Taking time to practice thankfulness in our mommy lives is partly inspired by this book: One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp. You can read an excerpt from Chapter One here:

Please don't hesitate to write simply because you “aren't a writer” or are afraid for others to see your words. This page doesn't require perfect writers with immaculate grammar! This is a safe place to read and write heartfelt words of thanks about motherhood.

  1. I appreciate the gifts you share in the way of inspiration to others (me). It is a very beautiful and positive website and has no air of gloating or perfectionism. Thank you!

  2. Thanks so much for your kind words!
